Soya Bean – Plant-Based Meat

SOYBEAN or you may write SOYA BEAN, is a kind of legume – which belongs to the pea family, vernacular to East Asia, where the edible bean is generally grown, having innumerable uses. In terms of, using soybean conventionally fresh is soy milk, leading to the production of tofu – a product of condensed soy milk which is pressed to form solid white blocks originated in China and tofu skin – a product of soybeans and/or boiling of soy milk, from which film or skin forms on the liquid top collected, dried into yellowish sheets. It is interesting to note soybean happens to be a protein source to feed farm animals who in turn provide necessary animal protein for human consumption.

Chickpeas, Other Legumes, Soybeans, and Peanuts produce compounds of polyphenol known as Soy Isoflavones. The vital health benefits may contain protection against age-related diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hormone-dependent cancer, loss of cognitive function, and osteoporosis. CHOLESTROL, HEART DISEASES AND SOY PROTEIN
